Learn the basics of synchronized swimming, without the water! Join Nicole of The Brooklyn Peaches in our historic former pool space The Tank for a 60-minute workout inspired by the skills, drills, and choreography used in Synchronized Swimming. Together we’ll tread, skull, torpedo, and pinwheel, culminating in a dance routine set to music – all on land.
Put on in partnership with Outdoor Voices, this workshop is all about #DoingThings – requiring no prior experience and open to all abilities. Comfortable workout attire and athletic shoes are recommended, vintage swim caps are welcome and encouraged!
After class, sip “poolside” on a complimentary, revitalizing cocktail crafted by Cindy’s Beverage Manager David Mor.
